1. Human Resources Officer
Number of Vacancies: 2
Duty Stations: Shire and Adwa
Contract Period: Through May 31, 2027
Qualification
Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Social Studies, Human Resource Management, or another closely related discipline. Additional professional HR training is considered an advantage.
Experience
- 3–4 years of relevant human resources experience.
- Previous experience with an NGO or INGO is highly desirable.
Main Responsibilities
The successful candidate will support day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment coordination, employee records management, staff onboarding, leave administration, contract follow-up, performance management, employee relations, and HR policy implementation. The role also contributes to maintaining an organized, confidential, and compliant HR system while promoting a positive working environment.

2. Logistics & Procurement Officer
Duty Station: Adwa
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Business Management, Marketing Management, or another related field.
Experience
- 3–4 years of professional experience in procurement or logistics.
- NGO/INGO experience is preferred.
Role Summary
The position supports procurement and logistics activities by ensuring efficient purchasing processes, supplier coordination, inventory management, documentation, and compliance with organizational procurement policies. The officer will help maintain timely and cost-effective delivery of operational requirements.
